I am on them only 4 days this time round so I am hoping for the best but I was on them 7 years ago for just over a year and they were a life saver I was able to get back to my old self then came off them and after 6 years sadly had a relapse I am hoping they will do the same for me this time round also. When you say symptoms what kind do you mean like side affects

The first time I took them after all the side affects wore off I was like a new person before that I couldnt leave my house for a month then slowly as they kicked in I grew in confidence I found my first pharmaceuticals job I did also have the support of my wife it took a few months then just forgot all about my issues can't really say how I did it it all just happened I even think I got a bit to Much confidence coz I started say how I felt to people when sometimes it's best to say nothing at all if you get what I mean lol. Then I made the decision to come off them slowly reduced to 10mg for a few weeks and just stopped I was lucky I had no withdrawals from what I remember and thought it's was all behind me until the other night when it all came flooding back from nowhere. I was scared shitless of taking the meds a second time coz the first time I had really bad side affects like kill me now type. This time 4 days in I have side affects but not sure if it was worse last time coz I kept panicing because it was all new to me where as this time I won't say it's easy I just better understand what is happening to me I think

Yes some days are difficult... I see my doctor regularly I was there yesterday... It's hard bc I don't think people get it but oh well... I am thankful for my good days and the support I receive from this thread !

Firstable I am glad to hear that you get support regularly from the physician its realy important and second what is the cuase to the anxiety attacks?
its began from the childhood ? or that anxiety started two years ago and because that's you turned to the medical treatment
meanwhile i wish that you will feel better .

I am not sure the cause they started randomly 2 years ago ... I was stressed a lot with work and my boss was a psycho hated work and had a bad BF at the time so maybe that had something to do with it ...stress ? But since my first I've always gotten them .... Not sure why I wish I could do something !!!

Besides the cures whose you take . did you also treat by coversations?
in the fast did you ever try cope with the anxiety or only you "plunged" to the attacks due the mass pressure ?
