I am coping with anxiety with the Natural pen. It has been a God Send.
I got tired of the "happy pills" and knew there had to be a all natural remedy for anxiety.
    Try it Natural_pen 1024 x 768).jpg

    Hi!

I didn't read through all the replies, so I'm not sure if this has been asked but... Are night sweats a symptom of anxiety too?

I use CBD too! I use an iPuff CBD pen. Works amazing!

So I've been dealing with anxiety for a year and thought I was getting over it. I have had different tingling sensations all over my body when I'm really anxious. Some sensations happen when I don't feel anything. I get tingling in my face and tip of nose. I started going to the gym two weeks ago and today while doing sit ups and seated rope slams my left front thigh went numb. Just part of the front. It's been numb for 4 hours now. It feels like just the skin is numb. All muscles work fine. Anyone else had this?

    raggamuffin,

You are correct. Avoidance creates mountains out of molehills. I think most of us here can't believe how many things we've let anxiety rob from us. One of my symptoms is being affected by fluorescent lighting. This is especially true in grocery stores. One day while in a store I started to go through my "normal" anxiety response (woozy, shaky, etc.). This time, however, I put my shoulders back in a confident way and said to myself "don't let this control YOU." I also said "so what" - meaning so what if I faint, so what if fall over, etc. At some point, we all need to say "so what" if we want to move on from this.

Agreed, try not to give anxiety the attention it craves!
