Its typically not as bad on PC. Which is what I play, they've always helped me be happy. Of course, it can promote sedentary lifestyle. I have barely touched video games in the past month beacause of my anxiety, but I think I might be able to play them again soon
Have you played league of legends? Lol the rage in that community is unreal.
But, I guess that's what happens when you ask a world of selfish people to work as a team.

My son doesn't play online games at all and he has kind of lost interest in his Wii and play station.
