    Exactly what Nixon said.

If you eat regular pasta noodles, they are "white" carbs, processed and turned into sugar in your body. Same with the garlic bread.

Making your grains whole wheat or multi make it better.

Instead of glaric bread, could you go a vegetable or fruit? Like Zucchini or salad or something? That will make it healthier too! Won't be doubling up on the carbs that way.

If you buy the right brand it can be really tasty. Brown rice noodles are pretty good.

Well, I don't really like fruits or vegetables that much but I am trying to slowly get them in my diet. I take multi-vitamins, a standalone supplement of magnesium, and fish-oil. I eat cheerios for breakfast.

Yea it's hard to add them in when you don't like them. I'm just saying maybe to off set the carbs try something besides garlic bread.

annnddd.. sorry to burst your bubble but cheerios really aren't healthy, heh...

You don't need to cook most veg to enjoy them. Also taste buds change. What you don't like now you might in a year or two. over the years my taste buds have changed so much I enjoy foods I despised when I was younger

How strong, how costly, the urge to fight our fate and turn back time. But life is meant to be consumed, not preserved to ward off doom. One can surely die from fear, before the end is ever near.

I tried a salad a couple days ago? I hated it, I couldn't even get it down. I'm trying other things though. Maybe like some cucumber, or rice. I do like corn, and potatoes.
