I am new to the forum. This is actually the only forum I've ever joined or been a part of. I have anxiety but I don't think I'm depressed. Just sad? Lots of things have happened in the last year. Rather than take meds I would like to try and work this out in a healthy way I guess...if thats even possible. For now I'm just hoping to get a few answers and meet some others in the same situation. My hope right now is to at some point be able to sit back and say 'wow...i guess my life isn't so bad.' thank you all in advance for your time, honesty, and opinions.
