I have a couple of questions about personality disorders, here seems like a good place.
Put simply i'm starting to think I have BPD and i'm not sure whether to take it seriously or treat it like any other anxious thought.
Who would be able to assess whether or not this is my problem?
Not sure what to think.
I'd appreciate any advice.

I'd do one of the serious online tests from a reputable place, and then if you score highly on that, take it to your psychiatrist and tell them. Also tell them any symptoms your having that correspond to the disorder.

They'll then probably offer you a diagnosis.

BPD is taken seriously, mainly as adjusting treatment a little can help more than if you just treat say, anxiety or depression on their own.

Now I just drink everywhere

Church, PTA meetings, funerals, kids sporting events
