    Thank you all for those kind words, and that flipping dog gif made me laugh too....thanks bruh!!

    My back is still killing me, I didn't do anything to cause it, and I guess this damn Tramadol isn't really working. I've been on the couch for 4 friggin days now waiting for this pain to ease up...(sigh)...

    Going to get a hot shower, then take some fuggin tylenol I guess to see if that helps me...

    Hopefully I'll be back soon..

    HELP!!!! I wanna new back!!!!

    Eman! Make sure if ur heating in the shower to ice after
    Heat = inflammation as much as it feels good
    So remember to hear than ice!

    Of it is your lower back, try and move some if you can

    My docs always told me laying down is the worst thing to do and get up and start moving

    Hope it gets better

    No,..there isn't alot of sizzle in the YAY dept at the moment but I go to the Doc tomorrow too so maybe she'll have a better idea.
    I am also going into Physical Therapy on Friday at 8am for a complete exam to see how and if they can help...
    AND on Thursday I'm supposed to see another Neurosurgeon for a second opinion since the first one said NOOO WAYYY...
    The Back Doc on here said he would just mess it up more after he read the reports...so Nixon, up and about I will be the rest of this day,..somehow.

    Hugs and yes, I will try an ice pack too Nicole!. Thank you!!!

    Hopefully I will be back in full force by tomorrow..

    I have showered, and rubbed some prescription cream on, and and Ice pack under a back brace...WHOOt!! Hope this helps!!!..
    Gotta get back into the Doc too...Maybe the meds aren't strong enough??

    Well I slept in the spare room on so so mattress and it is killing me. I have the salve I made myself. Eman I have friends from detroit and had the idea. they can send it to you, so we avoid nosy customs. Just say a word so I know and make some new..... it is not difficult for me, and as sceptical I am it is working, even on the pinched nerves....Think about it ...


    Physiotherapy could help. Massage therapy did work for me, but it was not pernament .....
