Hey guys,
A few weeks ago, I took a tablet that contained: melatonin, 3 mg and B6-vitamin, 3mg. I couldn't sleep and just had to take it. I have a fear of meds, but I really needed to sleep. My uncle gave me one and it worked great. I slept like a baby. But, the next day I was a complete mess. I slept for 12-13 hours(!) which was really good to be honest. But I just couldn't "perk" up. I was sleepy the whole day, like a zombie.
Right now, I'm having trouble sleeping. Even though I'm tired as fu*k. Should I take another tablet? or will it be like the first time?
