I went to a family barbque on Saturday, but I pretty much stayed on the sidelines. My son (age 14) was super clingy and wouldn't interact or play with his cousins for a long time. This bothered me a lot.
As far as fireworks, I didn't go to any.
So did any of you celebrate on the 4th? How did it go?

Well holidays in general make me more anxious because theres more people around, more messes, ect....but 4th of July is happy for me becuase it's my eldest daughters birthday, she turned 6. So I like it because of that and I watched the fireworks my husband did here at the house but I wasn't interested in watching the big ones in the city. :roll:
