Subject: Abuse from a man in New Jersey.
Date: Mon, 13 Nov 2017 17:06
Dear Chief of Belleville Police,

I wish to report a man who I believe currently lives in Belleville, and who has relentlessly harassed me online for much of this year. His full name is Christopher (name withheld), and his parents are Carole (name withheld) and Richard (name withheld). I'm not sure where his parents reside now, but his mother may still reside at apartment 5, number 471 (address withheld) Street, in Belleville. Another known relative is James F. Morse.

Mr Morse is well known to myself; he used to run a website about a video game franchise, entitled evilunleashed.net, but the site no longer exists. However, he harasses me non stop across multiple websites which are similar to the one he co-founded, with dozens of accounts. When these accounts are reported and hereby banned by the staff in charge of these websites, he then proceeds to create new ones using a VPN, so the cycle repeats. I've observed him signing up more than 50 accounts on at least one site, then posting nothing but vile content. Normally, I'd try hard to ignore this type of behavior the best I can, but it has gone beyond the stage of simply ignoring him. He threatened the owner of a certain website intended for relationship advice. He told the members there in a public post that unless they agreed to ban me (my handle was Peter SC), he would unleash "spam hell."

Over the past year, Mr Morse has did the following acts:

-Stolen my videos and added them to torrent sites.
-Created multiple IDs on forums, and posted abuse.
-Stalked me at wikia.com and wikipedia.org, with many accounts.
-Posted obscene pornographic images at loveforum.net, etc.
-Used other people's pictures, as his featured photos.
-Messaged me on social media, such as i.e. my personal (hidden) Facebook.
-Vandalized and/or submitted entries on film databases I found shortly afterwards.
-Obtained my friend's address, who resides in Edinburgh, Scotland.
-Sent people to my friend's home, after submitting fake sales ads online.
-Joined a customer service site for imdb.com, with aliases to pretend he was offering support.
-Submitted fake poster/art for films I am in, and tagged them to his imdb.com subscription list.

This type of attention is extremely creepy and undesirable. I am not friends with this guy at all, but we simply have been members of the same forums, due to having a mutual interest in video games. I'm an actor and therefore rely on imdb.com for documenting my work. He and similar users who contribute on these video game related message boards have harassed me non stop for over 15 years. They also created a page about me in 2008 at a website called "Encyclopedia Dramatica," which is painstakingly difficult to have removed. This site is populated by malicious members who have added a lot of personal details and images of myself. Scores of users assocated with Mr Morse have edited this article across a decade, but the users who operate the site choose to hide their hosting details with a VPN in European territories, and have relocated many times when people have gotten close to filing a complaint. Only once did I get the page removed through a DMCA violation report, which then returned 6 months later, and has remained visible ever since. Furthermore, older pages are archived.

If you want me to submit images of his abusive edits and comments, or provide links, I can do so. However, I must warn you that the content is very offensive, and I don't want Mr Morse harassing me any longer. He is harassing me as he believes I wronged him quite a number of years ago. I'd not actually knowingly heard from this guy in around 10 years. It was only after I replied to posts on a forum, that were seemingly benevolent in nature, that his deception was fully confirmed when he began following me around other websites based on the links I gave away, and when he discovered I had gotten roles in films, he targeted my entries on imdb.com and Wikia. When I saw that he added fake posters, I reported these. More soon appeared, and this is the pattern across many such websites.

Please reply as soon as you can, as I am concerned about my safety due to the information he has gathered about myself.

Regards, Mr Peter Anderson.
