Im having pain, or tension in my left arm and my right arm is fine...i read that lefft arm pain is connected with heart problems? Should I consider this an emergency or is it a common thing for anxiety?? :twisted:

Very common thing for anxiety. Don't be alarmed.

Yeah in fact the symptoms of a panic attack so mimick those of a heart attack that most panic attack sufferers I know have been to the emergancy room at least once.
