this is like how OCD works... obsession of the mind that bugs you to death that you try to control and shut...

Do you think that all anxiety is linked to trauma memories? - no... some is based on your energy levels, excitement, what you eat/drink, normal...

the funny thing about ocd is that we know its not rational yet we feel and think the way we do anyway... clearly phil is struggling and he knows that this isnt rational which is why he brings it up....

i have found this to be the case as well... recently i started a youtube channel about my anxiety and the other channels out there are predominantly women... i think this may be the social...

the eating thing can be rough... i dealt with that a few times where i just didn't eat and would starve myself.

part of the problem was giving meaning to things that did not...

lol yep... that doesnt even include the ones in the garage and the fact that i used to be a bible thumpin street preacher in my 20s lol i was definitly looking for something ;-)

yes... sometimes we do go crazy.

unfortunately i had to end up in a mental institute for a day against my will to figure out that "going crazy" didn't mean what i thought it meant...

ok here is an interesting question...

what would your life look like if nothing changed... except... you no longer had anxiety?

for me the key to anxious irritable anger... lol i think we invented a new word... AIA :-)

when i get aia it helps to look at the root cause take a deep breath or a few deep breaths... because the...

one of the things that helps me is to focus more on the other people than i do on myself... or get engrossed in an activity or something.

remember... crazy is just one of those language things ;)

its all patterns... people look for patterns to describe what they think is going on. crazy is a pattern people try to box others into.
