Talking about it

I want to talk about this problem to someof my very close friends. But it's hard for me to, because I'm not good at explaing it and I'm scared they will think differently of me. I know they shouldn't if they are close to me, but I am. Think it's a good idea to try and tell a few?

I think it would be a good idea. I print stuff out for my husband to read, heh. Helps so I don't get nervous trying to explain it. I feel better knowing he has some idea as to why I act this way and ways he can help. heh. Like when he use to say, "just call these people..." and now he knows how much it effects me.
