Hey i been having the same problem . I had it last year and though i started to feel better , for a couple of days it started again. Not that bad but im scarex its hapening again

i am too worried to take my medication
incase i feel sick and fatigued :/

Katie, if you are afraid to take meds, talking to a psychiatrist who will answer your questions about the meds honestly is key. A doctor who has a lot to say about meds is something I'd recommend. Years ago, I had a psychiatrist who wouldn't say much. I often had to pry him to get info, as he was reluctant to tell me the potential side effects. But there are other doctors who will be more informative.
