I am having a terrible freak out and I hate to bother people, so please help?

My whole body is weak, and sore.
My head feels like it's being shaken around.
My right leg feels warm and weird.

I'm just...it's freaking me out.

I know it's irrational, and there's a 9 out of 10 chance that it's just my anxiety coming out to play, but reassurance would be nice.

Thanks in advance. I hate to be a bother, but I just can't sit here wondering anymore.
(And I know googleing my symptoms will just lead me to think something is seriously wrong which will just in turn make the panic attack a hundred times worse.)

I'd say theres a 9.75/10 out of 10 chance they are anxiety. :)

The symptom list at the top of the forum is a great list to just look at and remember. Once you realize just how vast and life-like all symptoms of anxiety are, it becomes a little easier to label all symptoms as 'anxiety'

Yea, I didn't see the list until after I posted this. It's just hard because I can read that list a hundred times, and know deep down inside what the symptoms of anxiety are, but when I'm in the moment it's hard to convince myself other wise. Thanks for the input though! ^_^
