Used to get a touch of "cabin fever" when I lived up North. Now I get florida heat and humidity fever most of the year:) LOL Alankay

Try Vitamin D. Also open some blinds. I remember my old job I had to go to customers houses and whenever I stepped foot into some dark home the people always seemed really depressed and not motivated. Let the light SHINE!

Ouch, that's bad. Don't let it get a hold of you, get out and go to the park, or shovel the driveway or something. Winter is going to come no matter what, right? Now are you going to embrace it or are you going to stay inside and let it get the worst of you?
