I've been dealing with nausea and lack of sleep as I try to get adjusted to Paxil. I tried using Gravol to deal with these symptoms, as it would seemingly hit two birds with one stone. I started to become extremely anxious as soon as I swallowed the pills (not sure of the dose, but I took two). I looked around as extensively as I could to see if there is a negative interaction with Paxil, but I found nothing. Since then I fell asleep for about 3 hours and woke up with the most intense feelings of terror and anxiety I've ever felt. I'm not sure what to do. Could the Gravol itself have caused this chemically? Do I need to seek help?
