Hi, I recently went on 50 mg of Zoloft for my anxiety. I knew about all the side effects and that it can make you feel worse at first before it makes you feel better, which is did. I started to feel a bit better by week 5, but asked my doctor if I could try 100 mg and see if thats works better. Ive been on 100 mg for the past 4 days and I feel like crap, like Im losing my mind and Im really tired. Is it normal to expereince side effects again when you up your dosage? Should I just get through it or go back to 50 mg?

Yep. Can happen. Go back to 50, settle down and go to 75mg for 2 weeks and then 100mg if all is well. Or hold for longer at 75mgs and reevaluate after holding to see where you settle. Anyway this can happen until you adjust to the new dose. Raising the dose is the common thing to do when not getting the desired results and it often works. PM me any time. Alankay.
