does anyone else feel this?

lately when ive been running or eating some food i get a sudden spasm in the middle of my chest and it feels like i cant breathe for a minute. i felt my pulse when it happens and it skips a beat. should i be worried?

That sounds like an esophageal spasm, it is a common thing. I get that from time to time. I don't think it's anxiety related but for those of us with anxiety it is scary. I have Gerd, and possibly also ibs, do you have anything like that?

If you look online you will see that this is just another benine thing that we over react about. As always thought I must recommend that you have a doctor check it out just to make sure everything is OK, and once they clear you you will know you hav nothing to worry about.
