anxiety seems worse during winter

I have been experincing anxiety seems like a bit more during winter, does anyone experience the same ? And why does it seem like that?

hi, i kinda see what you are saying with the whole winter thing. I never havehad bad anxiety in the summer unless im stressed from work. but winter time is more of the season to get sick and imagine more things and the time to freak out. like me i got a upper respirtory infection (sinus) the time my grandma passed like 3 weeks ago and since then since i got sick i now think i am going to die. but i have bad panic attacks. i hope this kinda helps, im new to talking about anxiety with people..im just looking for help as well like you, because i have had bad attacks everyday for 3 weeks.
