Hey,
I am 26 years old and a student / athlete. I have dealt with panic issues before, but they seem to come and go. This summer oddly I joked with my friend that I had conquered panic attacks and no longer had them.
I started getting a few randomly at the gym, but they would not last too long after I got a glass of water or left the gym. After this hernia started showing its ugly face again, and I was gambling on sports.
I would get worked up so bad sometimes that I felt like I was going to explode, and I couldn't make myself come down. I ended up having even worse panic attacks, and just sitting at home not doing anything.
Being scared to do anything - now I feel like things aren't real life and seeing out of my head is not even normal.
I got my heart checked and all my blood work done -- everything is normal. What are your thoughts? Sorry my writing is terrible, justout of it.
