Hi my name is jennifer and I have been suffering from generalized anxiety disorder for 13 years- I had my first panic attact at 18 - but the worse part is I know all the tools and somehow it doesn't get easier- I am on medication and that has helped along with therapy- but sometimes when I am alone with my thoughts I worry about my health or that I will freak out and end up in the ER- does anyone else go through this?
