hi to all im new to this site,looking for advice regarding medication.i have suffered on and off for the last 15 years with anxiety,panic attacks.for the last few years i have been off medication.i thought i was cured anyway the last few months anxiety is back again and ive now started to panic,i have a feeling that something bad is going to happen,this makes me feel really unwell sick feeling which makes the panic worse.years ago when this first started i could not go out of my own house i would panic.i panic if im left on my own.why has it started again.any advice would be helpfull.
