Sorting out my depression once and for all

I have decided finally after 2 months suffering from depression that im going the doctors to sort it out, it has taken toll on my life so i think its time i got it sorted out.

Hopefully i can see a shrink or something to help me live my life again

i suggest going to therapy before going on medication.
you say you suffer for 2 months.
i don't disrespect your pain, but depression is a normal part of life and deciding doing steep things over a 2 month time frame is not advised..

hi, im new here! thats is awsome you decided to get help! noone should have to suffer the hell of depression for any amount of time, not even two months. therapy would probably help tons. i would go myself but i dont have insurance. iv had alot of relief with meds. zoloft worked great for me. however this time around im having trouble finding the right one. so if your doc suggest meds, i would give it a go. just keep in mind it's probably gonna take some time to find the right one for you. and if you decide you dont like the ideal of meds, you can always stop! hope you find some relief. i know im still looking.......
