anxiety headaches

hi, i am new to this site. I think im going to find this site very helpful, my anxiety has gotten worse lately and my counseller has refered me for CBT, however, i was wondering if anybody suffers with anxiety headaches? this week ive had them pretty much everyday, but of course i have been imaging its all kind of things, its starting to get to be so badly,

No headaches for me no but my friend gets them for long periods like yourself, they go in time, ye I thought this site was rubbish but turns out it's really helpful for me now, people suffering similar things is comforting, ye I'm about to start cbt in 6 weeks myself. Good luck you'll be fine

I'm new here too.
Yes, I have sufferered anxiety headaches. I knew what they were, because they only occurred when I was on a driving lesson. Once I'd passed my driving test, and the lessons were behind me, the headaches went! When I had them, they were awful. I found that I needed to take migraine tablets in order to get rid of them.
Try some over the counter migraine tablets. They might work for you too.
