allergies and anxiety

okay so i guess you can say im back. i am not having as hard as a time as usual but these allergies are kicking my tail. then all day i have this horrible problem with depersonalization. i have head pressure sinsitivity to light. ect. etc. anybody else have allergy issues that feels like depersonalization . i have never had allergies before this year. ugh. and to all the friends that remember me up here i hope you guys are doing really well. i was until now. and plus i am writing a 20 page essay about anxiety for my english class. so that may be why my anxiety wants to flare because i remember and am diggin in old feelings. we all know the more we think and dwell the worse we are.
