I'd like to share this awesome music video about Anxiety..it describes the exact feelings I go through almost on a daily basis and I feel that a lot of you will be able to identify with this. When I first got an anxiety problem, hearing this song really helped me get out of it so I hope it helps some of you feel better for even just a moment.

i was listening to this song like last month, cant say it helped me that much though
