feel woozey and tired allergies or anxiety?

I have allergies and was wondering if this is anxiety related , I get woozey and tired not everyday but sometimes , is this allergies? Anxiety related? Or just plain tiredness? Thanks

I'm better now but It was like a straight woozey, sway , and tired , and I guess it triggered anxiety up a bit and made
Me worry up a bit over it.
