Can anyone recommend good tension reliving ideas?

i have constant tension in my head and jaw its driving me mad!

Ps have tried accupunture and massage

Breathing exercises should be good for that. It's best if you have someone to guide you through the process at first, though. But it won't hurt to try anyway. If you want I can give you a run-through of the process I use.

I've tried everything, here are some ideas.....yoga, mediatation, tea.

This may not be the easiest thing to do. But perhaps the most helpful thing to do would be to simply accept it and learn to live with it. Remember that this tension is largely driven by your worry about it. If you can learn to worry less about it (even if just a little less for the time being), then it will become less and less of a problem until it goes away.

Hi robbed,

That is what i am trying hard to do at the moment, i'm trying to re train my brain not to be so negative as i know that is the key! but it is sooooooo hard when my brain seems to just wonder off all the time in a world of worry and anxiety.
