can antihistamines effect or cause anxiety?

Hi I was just wondering if antihistamines effect or cause anxiety? I know it think blood vessels just wondering if it can relate to some of anxiety thanks

You think I should stop taking it and try something else for my allergies? Any ideas thanks

I'm basically just looking for a pill form to take daily , since I'm always working outside especially during spring summer and I have dogs in the house with me and there a main allergy for me, also grass, ragweed thanks

I take Zyrtec on a daily basis and it has no effect on my anxiety. Matter of fact, it might make you a little sleepy but not foggy-headed. I have a med phobia but I'm fine with taking this med :) Hope this helps!
