tingling sensations

has anyone experienced tingling sensations in there hands wrists and toes? sometimes feet? if i hold my hands up for a few minutes the start tingling very quickly. same with feet. if i cross my legs it does it really quickly too and i have to uncross. anyone had this?

Yes and no......I didnt have it in both hands and feet. i only had it in my left hand and wore a wrist brace and it eventually went away. I have it in both now and feet last night i woke up and my entire arm was DEAD. i had to carry my arm and it eventually woke up after blood flow got back going.

This happens to me all the time, it sucks!!! What is worse is when my muscles start twitching. I just tell myself to breathe.
