So ever since I had my first panic attack; I've struggled with anxiety. I've never drank much alcohol, just on occasions; but now when I drink, I don't feel right; little more anxious and sensitive to my body. I know alcohol is a depressant and a drug
But, why does it affect anxiety so much?
Should I stop all together or pay the price to enjoy one drink?
How does it affect the heart? Adrenaline?
Thanks,
James

Thanks Kev...I checked out the articles you posted.

Seems that those of us who have anxiety just have a lower tolerance of things that increase stress on our body...at least it seems that way with me.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond,

I appreciate you very much!
