Hi! Yes I've had many of these problems before as well. I actually hadn't experienced too much anxiety for a couple of years until maybe a few months ago. I had some panic attacks, which sent my mood and feelings into a weird state all day.
There were some weeks within the past couple of months where I didn't feel much anxiety like the type you mentioned but this past week I've felt it quite a bit so I know what you're talking about. Feeling like you're losing control, not real, outside of yourself. Does that sound familiar? I think it may be due to us just thinking too much about our worry or anxiety. Worrying about worrying. Feeling anxious about the anxiety. It's no wonder it's in a loop, I think!
I recommend you see a therapist or psychologist if possible. Maybe explain to them exactly what you're feeling. They'll give you a good idea and some good tips about how to deal with it. Probably important for you to do this.
