Hi.
My 15 year old daughter had a major panic attack 6 days ago and has had them every day, a couple times a day since. I took her to the ER 4 times and then a psychiatrist yesterday. The hospital gave her xanax but now she is on Klonopin which is working (she takes .5 2-3 times a day.. (3 yesterday and 2 today)
What else can she do?? Has anyone heard of biofeedback? Does it work? Should she see a therapist? If so, what kind? I am unsure of this psychiatrist we went to. He doesn't do therapy and only gave me the prescription and a list of social worker therapists.
This is so scary...
