case solved......... my unbalanced issues were from sinusitis aint that something. at first i didnt believe it but then i got some negative things that certain family members were telling me about me which in turn made me upset and then my head got really stuffy and my balanced issues got really bad until i calmed down....lol silly me and my thoughts, :mrgreen:

One less thing to worry about .

When i get sinus i use a thing called a netti pot . You fill it with warm salty water and flush your sinus . It works great if you want to look into it .
