Hi everyone.

I have a question does a person reaction to certain situation affect one anxiety? For example lets say some ask you to do and you dont want to do it? And your reaction is kind of angerly. Or your reaction is calm and just do it and then you get on with life.

Thinking some of my anxiety is reaction based?

Thanks for any input in advance.

I think it does. When i first started to experience anxiety I didn't know what was going on. I thought I was dying, not from panic attacks but just from my anxiety level being so high and all the feelings you get when it is at this level.

There were certain things i would see on TV or read online that would cause my anxiety level to jump. I would start to sweat and stress out and my vision would become blurred. It was really weird I never was like this.
