Thank you so much for replying. I hate how I can't stop thinking about the world ending. Uhh I wish I had my mind wiped clean of all of the bad things I have experienced or learned :/ and could just live normally without all of this crap I have to deal with daily

You can ?? Learn to mediate as it teaches the mind to clear .

really? wow i am gonna try to learn to meditate then! how do you learn? :) is there a book to read or something?

Just have a google and see what you can find .

Meditation was the key to my recovery , It helps you learn to relax and take time for yourself and even though it is very hard to start with as all your body and mind wants to do is work in overload after time it starts to calm and you start to enjoy doing it .

It is not a quick fix but nothing with anxiety is but within a month of doing it twice a day i noticed a huge difference .

The power of meditation is huge and has been well know in many countries for 100s of years

It was just confirmed that the myan calender was off by 50-100 or more years!!! people were saying in 2000 crazy stuff would happen,did it?Nope..I think we are all good
