fear of schizophrenia

does anyone else have a fear of schizophrenia or a fear of losing control or of a phychosis.if so what triggered your fear and how do you deal with it?

some times i feel that way. its stress mostly that makes me get that way. the more stressed i am the higher my anxiety and as well as tired if i dont get enough sleep i am like that to. i think its just the depths of my thoughts that make me feel like that sometimes. I worry about everything. like last week my sister in law took my kids to the fair ( 2 and 6) i was alright with it but after they were gone for about a hour i started to get nervous about things like hoping she rode all the rides with my two year old and hoping that she didnt put my six yr old on rides that were to big etc. i just feel like i loose myself sometimes.

I try to break the thought pattern when this happens.....each second seems to last a eternity....go outside and run down the street....this seems works for me ....
