Hi, I'm new

Hi, I'm new and I'm a mom of two beautiful daughters. I'm here because I'm hoping to get support, friendship and help. My oldest daughter suffers from anxiety/panic attacks/ocd behaviors etc.... that have interfered with her being a normal child. I need to find better ways to cope with this and to communicate with her.

welcome to the site girly anxiety and panic attacks well alot of people have them includeing myself its all in the mind and its somthing you have to just ignore to be honest there are 100s of ways to deal with anxeity and panic attacks and im sure you will get the help here if not anywere else im mark im 26 from leicestershire welcome to the forum :D
