heya, im new to this forum , never been on a forum for anxity! any ways just wanted to say hey!
ive had anxity problems since i was 12 and im now 20! been on medication for it , and seen 9 phyciatrists but they never work out. i dont know exaclty what im doing here but im guess to talk to others who understand whats it like to be like this!

I'm new here too. I think the difference is that I've been managing my anxiety naturally for the last few years.

It took some time, and a lot of work but I feel better about life than I ever have.

I guess the point I'm trying to make is don't give up. Have some faith in yourself and you can get through this.

Hey i am new here too. I am 20 and been suffering from anxiety for about a year. On medication and currently doing CBT. Nice to meet you both. Hope to hear a reply :)

welcome to the forum twisted the shrinks never understand because they dont go through what we go through so they say all sorts of crap and you think yeah yeah yeah ok what ever go blow a balloon but it never works real people on here to help includeing myself so please be reassured and welcome :D
