Well since I was afraid of pills, and most anxiety sufferers are,I tried to use alternative solutions. After a while I found a hypnosis tape that worked.

I am in CBT, but always have been curious about hypnosis, however it's the one thing my therapist is skeptical about. I'm not sure why though.

@Charmbracelet81: Yeah, I know what you mean, a therapist that is a teacher at my college gave me quite some weird looks when I kept talking about my success with hypnosis.
I hate it how at my college everyone has a preference for a certain method and thinks you're an idiot if you believe otherwise. There's always a Psychanalists vs. Cognitivists vs. Behaviorists vs. Humanists conflict at my college.
