Hey,

Yes it is anxiety that you have, these are common symptoms, of anxiety...

I know how hard it can be I suffered from anxiety for about 7 years, and its hard to get over, but I was able to get over it, and now for 2 years I havent had anxiety now....

The best way in which I got over it is by doing meditation, meditation is a powerful excersise...

Also cut off the caffeine, that usually raises anxiety levels, and so does smoking...

Im not saying dont take these at all, if you are a smoker its hard, and if you drink coffee it hard, but if you do just try to cut it down a bit....

There is a very powerful tool that I used where you can get it for FREE online...

This is probably the main thing that got rid of my anxiety, and within weeks I noticed a complete change....

Its proven to work and can work even within days...

If you want to get FREE instant access, you can click the link below....

I really recommend it...

All the best, hope you get over it soon ;)

I had anxiety attacks that were bad but the only physical effect was nausea. I would suggest seeing a doctor or psychiatrist and get some medication. That will usually get yourself under control enough to start rationalizing what causing it. Most are unfounded fears but when your mind is working overtime and obsessing on it, it can be hard to stop.

I've been using the generic version of Atavan for years now. I take 1mg and it takes about twenty minutes to take affect. Problem is you do build up a tolerance so you take two 1mg to get you through. Doctors are very reluctant to prescribe anything over 1mg for fear of addiction. I've taken two 1mg several times with no harmful affect.

Yeah verily on the meditation....it's hard at first but it does have a lasting affect once you get in the rhythm of doing it. Self hypnosis is a close second and they pretty much follow the same path except in hypnosis you give yourself positive suggestions.
