Hello all
Just a note to introduce myself, I am a 42 year old male who many who know me think I am happy and confident. The truth is rather different.
Even as a child I suspected that I was going to have problems later in life and that turned out to be the case. I have for a long time used a strategy of situation avoidance to deal with my anxiety but for the last 3 years anxiety and depression have begun to tighten their grip on me. To make matters worse I'm a member of the group where SSRIs have no effect (apart from the side effects) so I am looking for other methods to defeat the terrible two (A&D)
