I have been off benzos for a long time and still 100% disbled by the horrible symptoms. Would love to talk to anyone else in this situation.

ive been off valium and xanax for a while, i felt fu**ed up the first few weeks, hearin beeps and anxiety symptoms returning cause i felt like i couldnt turn to benzos for relief. but you shopuld know that the longer your off them the better you will feel. o x
