The worst thing for you to do is turn off your phone or ignore her because obviously she looks to you for advice....... anyways recommend her to this site as well as www.anxietycentre.com (http://www.anxietycentre.com) that has alot of useful information in it... i have had anxiety for the past year and ocd i guess my whole life ocd means obsessive compulsive disorder..... those sites helped me alot just knowing that i wasnt alone in this... Hang in there and help her as much as you can .... you will be glad you did in the end...
