i get a sting in the middle of my breast bone every now and then it only lasts a few seconds is this anxiety related?? or do i have something else wrong..

I AM VERY AWARE OF MY CHEST, heart, especially. I had this symptom today for the 1st time. It was like a pinch/sting right in the middle. I had to scratch at it...it was very fast. I wonder as well if it could be anxiety :o(
