Hi everyone! I, like most everyone here am looking for help and information. I started having severe panic and anxiety attacks about 3 months ago right at new years. I've come to terms with what I have except for a few of the physical conditions that may or may not be related to anxiety. The symptom that worries me the most is a severe flushing around my neck and upper chest. My neck on both sides stays red all the time now. It has never been like that until the attacks started. Sometimes it gets so bad that my muscles in my neck, chest, and face will start burning and get numb. Has anyone else had symptoms like this? Any replies are greatly appreciated.
