Hi everyone!
I notice many people list heart palpitatons as symptoms of their anxiety. Wondering if this includes feeling a thud in your chest and slight dizziness. I get many skipped beats or what my doctor calls PVC (premature ventricular contractions). He assures me are harmless and just anxiety, although they scare the heck out of me cause I get get them any time of the day (walking, talking, resting).
I've read that magnesium and aloe vera supplements can help these pvc's, has anyone tried this?
Thanks for any info!
