Hello everyone, I'm feeling sad

Hello to everyone, and let me say how 'nice' it is to read I'm not alone with this anxiety. I've had it for about 12 years and I always thought I would have gotten over it by now, but I haven't. I don't have any family or friends to dicuss this with, and now it looks as though my marriage is over. My partner was the only person I felt safe with and now I'm feeling so scared and lonely about the future. Anyone else been where I am now and got through it?

I understand your current dilemna; I suffer anxiety and this puts a tremendous strain on any realtionship - mine is troubled right now as well.

You are doing the right thing to reach out to others; it is healthy to develop a support network other than a significant other.
