Moving from 10mg to 20mg Concern

My doctor is moving me up from 10mg to 20 mg of citalopram. My concern is that I finally feel like the side effects are going away. Is this going to start them back up?

When I went from 10 to 15mgs of Lexapro I got side effects again that had gone away, but they went away much more quickly than when I started, they only lasted for about 3-4 days.
